No. 1 The uncanny resemblance to Skyla, The flying type gym leader from Pokemon black and white No. 2 The Color scheme to me just screams flying type No. 3 The ribbons on it's body always appear to be blowing in the wind No. 4 Most importantly it's revealed English name, Sylveon reminds me of Sylph, Now a sylph is a type of air elemental something similar to an angel or fairy. No. 5 Sylveon's placement on the new chart released by nintendo has it across from Jolteon, where all of the other diagonal pairings are strong against weak. These could all just be big coincidences but there's an awful lot of them, however they are my interpretat
